Our program offers the perfect balance—freedom to pursue your career, education, and personal goals, combined with structured check-ins, life skills coaching, and a supportive peer community.

This transitional phase helps you build confidence, establish healthy routines, and develop the skills needed for long-term independent living while maintaining accountability and support.

Program Requirements

Residents must maintain active employment or enrollment in education, participate in weekly check-ins, remain substance-free with random testing, and contribute to a respectful community environment. Flexible lease terms available from 3-12 months.

Assessment

Schedule a free consultation with our team. We'll review your recovery history, current situation, employment or education status, and goals to determine if Supportive Living is the right fit for you.

Enrollment

Once approved, we'll help you complete the enrollment process, sign your lease agreement, and schedule your move-in date. We'll also create your personalized support plan and introduce you to your assigned coach.

Graduation
